Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The global efforts to combat climate changes and promote sustainability have propelled environmental laws into centre stage and their intertwinement with property law has become increasingly complex. This, along with certain climate and social movements, has made one rethink the relationship between society and the environment, which will inevitably have an impact on property rights and subsequently on property values.
