N2 - Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is one of the popular approaches of decision analysis. Parametric Settings for DEA is one of the essential steps for the decision making. This research proposes the method to apply Cognitive Pairwise Comparison (CPC) to the determination of the parametric settings in DEA. The usability and applicability of the enhanced DEA are demonstrated in a resource allocation problem on the basis of quality-cost balance.
