Abstract

In the field of consumer electronics, phishing attempts continue to be a major cause for worry when it comes to consumer security. Phishing is a cyber attack that enables attackers to deceive victims. The recent rise in phishing incidents in the post-COVID era poses a serious threat to consumer electronics users. In this context, this study presents a hybrid deep learning model to detect the phishing URLs. Our method combines two linear deep learning models in parallel. Our propsed model has a total accuracy of 97%.
