Critical Obstacles of Knowledge Sharing in Organizational Knowledge Management System from an Exploratory Case Study

Abstract

The paper begins with a brief review of previous empirical studies on knowledge sharing. Then, it presents a business case study in China where a KM system is poorly implemented. Three main research questions identified in the next phase of the quantitative study. This paper also lessons to other organizations to implement their KM system effectively.
