Abstract

In the era of cryptographic advancement, integrating human workflow with technology is a natural progression. Traditionally, cryptographic advancements have focused on mathematical robustness and computational security. This research delves into combining cryptographic methods with human workflow to explore the foundations of visual cryptography and its practical implementation in decrypting sensitive information. Challenges related to usability, such as complex concepts, key management, user authentication, cross-platform compatibility, social engineering attacks, and balancing privacy with functionality, are evaluated with proposed solutions across various domains. Additionally, the study suggests methods to enhance the accessibility of cryptographic tools, including iterative design processes, user research, user-friendly interfaces, and error handling. Visual cryptography, leveraging the capabilities of the human visual system, presents a unique approach to data decryption that circumvents traditional reliance on computational algorithms.
