Abstract

European Commission (EU) is one of largest developed economic region in the world. It was established in 1958 and expanded to include 28 countries in 2017. A three- tiers product safety system was established and required all member countries to implement with the example of toy product. This paper explained the legal system of EU, differences of the directives and regulations and harmonized standards..
