Biography

Dr. LI Yaohan is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Construction and Quality Management at Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU). She joined HKMU as a Lecturer in 2022. Dr. Li obtained her BEng(Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China in 2015, followed by an MSc in Civil Engineering with Seismic Design from University College London in 2016. In 2021, she completed her Doctor of Philosophy in Structural Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and continued her research in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Her research interests encompass life-cycle management, hazard mitigation of civil infrastructure, long-term risk analysis, resilience assessment, and decision-making.
