Ms. Lau obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) Degree in Integrated BBA and Master of Science Degree in Marketing from CUHK, and a Master Degree of Business in Research Methods from HKMU. She has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate levels in marketing communications, consumer behaviours and business ethics. Her research interest mainly focuses on the areas of consumer behaviours and corporate social responsibility.
