Biography

Dr. Ho received his first degree from the University of Hong Kong, and later an MSc and an MPhil from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. His research interests are primarily in the areas of green bond, banking regulation and currency board.
