Biography
I am Associate Professor of Economics, Politics and Public Administration in the Department of Social Sciences at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University. I obtained a Ph.D. in Political Science and an M.A. in Statistics from Harvard University, as well as a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration and a B.A. in Economics from Peking University.
I worked previously at University of Macau, Peking University HSBC Business School, and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
