Biography

Mr. Bruce K. B. Tong received his BEng and MPhil in Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2000 and 2002, respectively. From 2006 to 2013, he had been an Instructor of City University of Hong Kong (CityU). He joined the Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) as a Lecturer in 2013. He is presently a Senior Lecturer and one of the coaches of the OUHK student programming team for joining the Association of Computing Machinery International Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM-ICPC).
