Biography
Dr. Yang is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management and Strategy at HKMU. He garned his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and the Master of International Business (MIB) from University of Florida (UF) in the United States. Prior to joining the university, he worked in various financial institutions and University of Houston-Downtown (UHD). His current research interests center on the effects of CEO attention and social networks on the firm strategies of innovation and competition.
