Biography
Ms. Chan obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) Degree in Integrated BBA and Master of Science Degree in Marketing from CUHK. She has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate levels in marketing communications, services marketing and consumer behaviour. Her research interests focus on the areas of consumer behaviour and corporate social responsibility. Prior to joining the University, she mainly worked in the marketing field in the banking and insurance industries.
