Vincent Kwan received his BEng degree in electronic engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Techology, and MPhil and PhD degrees in information engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests inlcude Wireless Communications, Network Coding and Information Theory.
