Biography
Mr. Andy LAI is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Global Business and Marketing at Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, Hong Kong Metropolitan University. He holds an MBA degree from The University of Hong Kong. Prior to entering academia, Andy has spent the majority of his career in marketing strategy and brand management for different renowned international financial and health services corporation and advertising firms, specializing in Regional Brand Management, Integrated Marketing Communication, Customer Management, Business and Proposition Development.
Andy is also frequently invited by different local universities, NGOs and private organizations as visiting lecturer, guest speaker, corporate trainer and panel judge for marketing awards. He is a Fellow Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) in UK, a Senior Member of Hong Kong Institute of Marketing (SHKIM), and also a Member of The International Coaching Federation (ICF) in US.
In addition to his extensive professional marketing and brand building experience, he is also a trained and certified ACC coach from ICF, certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Registered Hypnotherapist in US, with an accumulation of 500+ certified coaching and consulting hours for senior executives across different disciplines.
