Biography
Mr. Patrick Chan obtained his BSc in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Oxford Brookes University (UK). He further achieved his MSc in Hotel & Tourism Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before joining the University, Mr. Patrick Chan started his career in hospitality and catering sectors including Mandarin Oriental Hotel and some restaurant groups in Hong Kong.
