Biography
Mr. Wong is currently a Senior Lecturer in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU). He received his B.Sc (Hons) in Medical Microbiology from the University of the West of England, Bristol in 1995 and the BHlthSc in Chinese Medicine from the RMIT, Australia. He completed his MSc in Analytical Chemistry in the Hong Kong Baptist University.

Mr. Wong is currently registered as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Part I of the register under the Hong Kong Medical Laboratory Technologists Board and registered as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner of the register under the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia.
He has more than 40 years working experience in medical Laboratory science in the hospital and health settings. Before joining HKMU, he has been working as a Senior Medical Technologist of Anatomical and Cellular Pathology in the Hospital Authority of Hong Kong. His research focuses on medical laboratory technology, food safety, immunohistochemistry, laboratory management, environmental health and safety.
