Biography
Ms. Sara Lau obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) in Human Resources Management and Master of Philosophy from HKBU. Ms. Sara Lau has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate levels in strategic management, international management, services marketing and marketing communication. Her research interest mainly focuses on the areas of strategic management, services marketing and relationship marketing.
