Before my promotion to Professor, I served as a Senior Lecturer in Comparative Social Policy and before joining the University of York (in 2012 as a Lecturer), I taught at the Department Social & Policy Sciences, at the University of Bath and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Nordic Centre of Excellent in Welfare Research (NORDwel) at the University of Helsinki.
